NO PICS! But a little breather...

Dearest fellow enthusiasts, I have come to a conclusion
My name is Steven, and I'm a miniatures addict.

We recently swapped rooms and huge quantities of stuff ended up in the garage. I've been sorting through it ever since and have this undying feeling to cull some projects.
To this end I decided what I am DEFINITELY going to keep, and in so doing take it a little easier on myself

I also decided what I'm NOT going to keep, and what's a maybe

Definitely going
- Hexagon buildings (still in box)
- 28mm sci-fi Germans (unpainted)
- 6mm troops of all declinations that are currently unpainted (except Epic) - (unpainted)
- 15mm WWII (Russians, US and Germans) - (part painted)
- Eureka sci-fi Germans and every other 15mm sci-fi piece I can find that is unpainted or part painted

Definitely staying
- 28mm sci-fi gangland wars project (unpainted)
- 10mm WWII Germans and Russians (part painted)
- 28mm Skaven (part painted)
- My Warmaster Armies (painted)
- 15mm Italian Wars figures
- 15mm sci-fi armies (whatever is painted)

Maybe going
- Warmaster undead army (painted but was meant to be resprayed)
- Imperial Fists 40k Army
- Epic armies for Orks and Imperial Guard (oh, and Tyranids)

I think I can raise $550 with the definitelies - not really a word -, $350 for the maybes and $500 for the Imperial Fists.
Do I need the cash? Not really. But I don't actually LIKE having hordes of plastic and lead lying about I
A. don't think I'll ever paint
B. it takes up space that could/should/might be better used for other periods or figures
C. my house has been a mess since work takes up so much time neither my partner nor I can be bothered going through it all
D. I sold vast, vast, VAST quantities of unpainted 1/72 in the past, and 6mm, and haven't regretted it. My only great regret from recent years was a painted Dwarf army I let go for peanuts in a prior cull, and never quite sat with me well. Thus my very recent decision to NEVER AGAIN sell painted armies on unless on commission, if only because I know I eventually miss them very badly.

Why? Because it's just not my thing, I guess. With unpainted figures I feel like I'm hoarding something someone else will get great enjoyment from, and I've basically decided I'm simply not interested in the period/line/gaming experience it offers.

Anyway, as I opened the umpteenth box to go "oh s$%#" I thought I'd share these two lines with you.

Have a great Easter!!!
:)
